Piotrkowska 96 is a modern, multifunctional building that will be built as a result of the renovation of a historic tenement house. A carefully thought out revitalization process will be carried out to meet the requirements of future users.

The main assumption of the investment is to create a multi-functional facility of a high standard, combining classic with modernity. The renovation project of this historic tenement house from the beginning of the 20th century was created by the Archidea architectural studio in Łódź.
In order to restore the former splendor of the building, the latest trends in architecture will be used. The sandstone facade and elegant decorative ornaments will be renovated.
