The first comprehensive revitalization project at Piotrkowska Street

Piotrkowska 96

Piotrkowska 96 is a modern, multifunctional building that will be built as a result of the renovation of a historic tenement house. A carefully thought out revitalization process will be carried out to meet the requirements of future users.

The tenement house is located by the famous pedestrian street in Łódź. The great advantage of this place is the proximity of offices, banks, hotels, cultural centers, shops and restaurants. The location of the project also guarantees easy access to public transport and excellent connections with other districts of the city. Reaching the main station takes 5 minutes, while the Łódź airport can be reached within a quarter of an hour.

Classic and modern

The main assumption of the investment is to create a multi-functional facility of a high standard, combining classic with modernity. The renovation project of this historic tenement house from the beginning of the 20th century was created by the Archidea architectural studio in Łódź.

In order to restore the former splendor of the building, the latest trends in architecture will be used. The sandstone facade and elegant decorative ornaments will be renovated. Thanks to the use of high-class materials, such as natural stone, stainless steel, glass, the house will regain its shine.
